Wonderful 2BR Condo - Walk to Bavaro Beach

Modern styled two bedroom, two bath condo a few minutes walk to the beach. The condo is in a private, gated community with 24-hour security and off-street parking. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds. The well-maintained community with beautiful gardens and two pools is close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. The community water system, the condo washer/dryer, water heater, and the refrigerator were all replaced in 2023.

A spacious living area is illuminated by natural light, featuring a large sectional sofa and sleek coffee table. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a private balcony, revealing views of greenery. Light-colored walls and modern decor create a welcoming ambiance.

Penthouse located in a fabulous area close to restaurants, beach, shops and everything you will need to make your stay an enjoyable one. This 3 bedroom unit is on 2 floors with the Master Bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the 2nd level. The two main bedrooms are on the first floor and each have an ensuite bathroom. The balcony overlooks the pool and has sun shades for afternoon sun. The balcony has a dining table and also a small 1/2 bath.
