To get to the fourth floor you have to climb 14 steps. Free parking is available in the building or 200 meters away (subject to availability). It is located within the urban area of Portonovo. Within a 50m radius there is a supermarket, bakery, cafes and Caneliñas beach 140m away

Small seaside house on the front lines with an exclusive view of the Ria de Pontevedra. Very quiet area where we can hardly hear the boats that go out and in which the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom at the top from which you can see the sea.

A spacious bathroom features a freestanding tub positioned by a large window, offering expansive views of the shimmering water and distant hills at dusk. The natural light softly illuminates the room, enhancing the connection to the serene outdoor landscape.
