You can hike or ski out the front door to a vast trail system, go for a dog slade tour, go fishing in Ottsjön or do icelandic horseback riding. Big terrace with bbq built 2020. Välkommen till denna mysig parhushörna i centralt bästa läge i Duved. 2 minuter till allt! Närmaste granne är Byliften. Bästa Ski-In & Ski-Outläge! I hallen finns det bra avhängning för ytterkläder samt torkskåp. Sovrum med skön dubbelsäng om 180 cm. Gemensam bastu med ingång från hallen. I bäddsoffan kan ni titta på TV eller bara mysa framför tända ljus med en kopp kaffe och en nybakad bulle från affären. Utanför huset finns en grillplats med bänkar och bord. Charmig lägenhet vid VM8:an, bästa läget!

Mysig lägenhet på 30kvm precis vid VM8:an, den lift som öppnar tidigast på morgonen och knyter ihop hela skidområdet. Bra läge i Åre, nära allt. På sommarsäsongen är det rullavstånd till liftburet och riktigt bra pumptrack! Annorlunda planlösning med bl.a. en dubbel(trippel)säng på 270cm. Fullt utrustat kök för den som gillar att laga mat. Innan man startar dagen kan man med fördel glida ner till bageriet Grädda 200m bort och köpa sig nåt nybakt. Inga hyresgäster under 23år.

OBS! Vecka 2-5 hyr vi endast ut till familjer eller sällskap 35+. Fräsch lägenhet mitt i centrala Åre med härlig balkong i söderläge. 200 m till Åre torg och 100 m till tågstationen. Minimiålder för att få hyra är 25 år. Självklart är barn välkomna i föräldrars sällskap! Uthyres till max 6 vuxna. Funkar för 7 personer om några är barn. Uthyres sön-sön, sön-tors alternativt tors-sön. Utvalda veckor endast sön-sön. (Vecka 7, 8, 9, 14 och 15) Julveckan 2025 uthyres lör-lör.

Beautiful area as well during spring, summer and autumn with trails for walking and cycling right outside the door. About 5 k to Åre Town by car.

Trivsam, klassisk fjällstuga med fantastisk utsikt över fjällvärlden! Stugan har ett stort vardagsrum med öppen spis och utgång till altan i soligt sydläge. Köket är helt nytt och fullt utrustat med matbord i anslutning, tre sovrum och två badrum med dusch o toalett. Bastu finns. Spjälsäng finns. Vandrings- och skidleder nås direkt om husknuten. Till Åre är det ca 25 min, Vålådalen ca 30 min. I Ottsjö by finns ICA Bua, hundspann, turridning, bryggeri mm.

Stugan paradis med bastu och grillkåta!

Här finner du en charmig stuga i lugn och naturnära miljö. Bastu och grillkåta på altanen med majestätisk utsikt. Ynka 50 meter ner till vattnet. Det finns också ett brett utbud av aktiviteter i området. Stugan har sjöutsikt, fiske, skog, fjällvandring och badmöjligheter runt husknuten. Stugan är mysigt inred med alla bekvämligheter ni kan tänkas behöva. Det finns en eldstad som gör stugan om möjligt ännu mysigare. Wifi finns.

Liten fjällstuga

Mysig stuga som ligger nära längd- och turspår och fjället med barnvänlig slalombacke. Under sommar och höst finns det fina vandringsleder och möjlighet att hitta bär och svamp. Stugan är liten men väldisponerad med fullt utrustat kök och två sovrum samt öppen planlösning mellan vardagsrum och matplats. Obs! Inget Wi-Fi och egna lakan och handdukar medtages.
