Charming apartment at VM8, best location!

Cozy apartment of 30sqm right by the VM8, the lift that opens at the earliest in the morning and connects the entire ski area. Great location in Åre, close to everything. In the summer season there is rolling distance to the lift cage and really good pump-track! Different layout with, among other things, a double(triple)bed of 270cm. Fully equipped kitchen for those of who enjoy to cook. Before you start the day, you can usefully slide down to the bakery Bake 200m away and buy yourself something freshly baked. No tenants under the age of 23.

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). Relax with the whole family in our nice cottage. A few meters to many nice miles of well-groomed cross-country ski tracks and close to Trillevallen lift system, just a few dog trams to the trailer that easily get you to the slope. In the summer there are hiking trails, swimming and kayaking nearby. The cottage is perfect for families with children, three spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen/living room, bathroom and sauna. Possibility to charge the electric car, charging is paid separately.

In close proximity to the apartment there is ski rental, ski pass sales, mini life shop and restaurant. Free ski buses run daily between Åre and Tegefjäll.

Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue area on the patio with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake view, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the corner. The cottage is cozy decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fire pit that makes the cabin even more cozy if possible. Wifi is available.

The living area features large windows that provide expansive views of the surrounding landscape. A comfortable black sofa and armchair are arranged around a circular wooden coffee table. Soft textures are introduced through cushions and a fur throw, while potted plants add a touch of greenery.
