Charming cottage with pool, beautiful view

In the countryside, just 8 km from the Saint Amand Montrond exit (A71), the Orgerie is a quiet charming cottage, comfortable with heated pool and magnificent views of the bocage. Lots of things to do nearby. The 2.5 ha estate allows for great independence of the accommodations. Possibility to rent a small house as an addition. The pool, open from mid-April to mid-October, is shared with the owners when they are there (we respect the privacy of our guests)

This cottage in a small, very quiet village is close to the Tronçais forest, 2 steps from the Berry Canal and allows many walks in the south of Berry. A beautiful living room, a kitchen equipped with laundry, 3 bedrooms and sofa beds can accommodate up to 12 people without any problems. The shaded garden is a plus to linger around the barbecue. A room can store bikes and the courtyard can accommodate 1 car or motorcycles. Pets are allowed
