Small cozy apartment in a charming village classified Pierres et Eaux, ideal for 2 people. Possibility of adding 1 person with extra charge (1 bed 140 + 1 folding bed 1 person in the same room) located on the harbor quay on the banks of Charente, opposite the island of Grenouillette with its famous miniature boats and inflatable games. Shops accessible on foot. We live in the same building with our son. Bike garage. Cocoa transformation workshop and rum tasting upon reservation €25/pers.

Studio in the historic center, ground floor and quiet

Our 24 m2 studio is located in the heart of Rochefort, a 10-minute walk from the thermal baths, a few meters from Place Colbert and the Corderie Royale. On the ground floor, very quiet, although the studio overlooks the street. It consists of a kitchen with small dishwasher, induction stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, fridge with separate freezer compartment. The bed (160 x 200) is separated from the rest of the room by a decorative partition. Wi-Fi. Completely renovated in 2020

This house has everything to make you a great stay in the Savinian countryside! Located a few minutes' drive from the center of Saint-Savinien and the quarries of Crazannes, our accommodation is also close to the coast ( 45 minutes from Châtelaillon-Plage, Royan, La Rochelle... ). Ideal for bike tours like "slow velo". Very simple parking at the foot of the apartment. Sheets and shower towels are included in the rental.
