Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

A shaded outdoor seating area features a comfortable sofa and wooden lounge chairs, providing a relaxing space. A colorful hammock is suspended from the structure, and the view of the pool and surrounding landscape can be seen in the background.

In Palaia Epidavros, villa with swimming pool, 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the village. The apartment includes a big living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large private terrace overlooks the sea and the 12-meter swimming pool in the outside living and BBQ area. The apartment is available all year round. Full refurbishment in 2024 - all pictures not yet updated.
