Casa in pietra del 500, con volte a crociera a picco sul mare. Coetanea del Duomo e del Torrione Passari, probabilmente ospitava i crociati in partenza per la terra Santa. I cuscini ed il materasso sono anallergici e molto comodi, per farvi riposare al meglio ed essere pronti per la visita della splendida Matera.
