這是一處位於安平河景邊的房源；夜晚的風景很美可逛；離安平老街很近，備麻將卡拉ok讓住宿者可打發時間唱歌；房源可以唱歌的時間到9:50；因為怕吵到鄰居：伴唱機就會自動關機喔；造成不便非常抱歉；如果唱的盡興，想要再繼續唱的時候隔天早上10點就會開機喔！房源內有很多設備；隔二間有燒烤；不必自己動手烤；本房園烤肉較不適合，房源內有義式咖啡機；冰箱，烤箱；瓦斯爐、碗筷可以選擇20人，或者28人網路上的價格為20人以內之價格
