The balcony is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun. The inside was completely renovated in 2021, and boasts a fully-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. The 2 bedrooms (one interior) sleep 5. All the nature and amenities sit right at the doorstep. Arrive, take a deep breath and enjoy!

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. A spa area that invites you to sauna and relax. Surrounded by mountains in a quiet location, located directly at the Großeck ski resort, as well as directly at Obertauern, Katschberg, Fanningberg. There are meadows and mountains at the house, and the historic center of Mauterndorf is just around the corner

Idyllic alpine hut with sauna in NPHT

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in ruhiger, sonniger Hanglage und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick über Bad Hofgastein und die umliegende Bergwelt. Sie ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, eigenem Bad, Kochnische und Balkon. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, ca. 700 m abseits der Hauptstraße, des Bahnhofs und der Bushaltestellen. Das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß entlang der Gasteiner Ache in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Skilagermöglichkeit vorhanden.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

It impresses with the unrestricted view of the entire Gastein Valley. It is very quiet. All windows face the valley. You do not hear any traffic noise. It is ideal for 2 people, but the sofa bed in the living area allows another 2 people to enjoy the view.

Vintage-style apartment for 2-4 people, on the 2nd floor of a renovated turn-of-the-century villa. Fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, toilet, bedroom, cozy sitting area, Wi-Fi, cable TV, parking, ski storage, dogs welcome, extra beds possible. In the main season, we only offer our apartments on a weekly basis. If you are interested in shorter stays, please contact us. In some cases, shorter bookings are also possible!

Completely renovated in December 2022, we have given this apartment in the basement a feel-good character with rustic wooden elements and stone tiles and redecorated it with attention to detail.
