Very beautiful stone house on the outskirts of Morvan. The house adjoins a 15th century listed castle and is very quietly located in a village near Avallon. Large and opulent, overlooking a large garden, the house consists of a living room, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Very close to the historic city center and right next to the ramparts, the accommodation has all the amenities. Located on a very quiet street with little traffic, it offers a very nice view from the terrace. The accommodation is for 4 people (1 bed and a 140 cm sofa). To host animals, please contact us. P.S.: Regarding Covid-19, we ask our guests to drop the laundry in the basket on the terrace. We are equipped with fiber optic internet.

Attached to the end of our long farmhouse is a cosy gite with a wood burning stove...downstairs you'll find a large spacious living room and kitchen with beautiful flagstone floors, exposed wooden beams and an enticing winding stone staircase leading to the first floor bedroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a queen size bed and two single beds. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
