San Terenzo is a nice little downtown on the seafront of Gulf of Poets. The renewed apartment is situated just 10 meters away from the San Terenzo beach. It's furnished in a functional and harmonious way in order to offer a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant stay. There is private car parking. Nearby there are ligurian cuisine restaurants, shops, bus stop, beaches and marvelous esplanade between San Terenzo's and Lerici fortresses. It's the best place to start to explore Liguria and Tuscany.

Nice two-room apartment located in the ancient historic village of Pitelli, in the "Borgo dei Borghi" category, the largest in the city, located on the hills surrounding La Spezia, inhabited already in Roman times, reaching its maximum importance in the Middle Ages. Very close to the beautiful villages of LERICI and SANTERENZO, and just 15 minutes by car from the central station and the docking of the boats for the 5 lands, the inhabitants are very attached to the local traditions.
