Ground floor solution, about 45 square meters, inserted inside the “La Meridiana” structure which consists of a villa consisting of four apartments, with courtyard and fenced parking space. The villa, with 4 beds, consists of a living room/kitchen with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a front and back terrace, and a fenced parking space. It is about 200 meters from the sea (2/3 minute walk), very central and well served.

The entrance features a wooden door adorned with a decorative wreath, set against a pastel pink wall. A placard indicating 'Casa Vacanze Mamma Teresa' is located beside the door. Stone steps lead from the entrance to the pathway.
