Charmant appartement alliant confort moderne et authenticité rustique d'une ancienne grange récemment rénovée. Avec ses poutres apparentes et son plancher en bois, il offre une ambiance chaleureuse. Profitez d'une chambre avec mezzanine et lit de 180 cm et d'une seconde chambre lumineuse, parfaite pour le télétravail. La salle d'eau dispose d'une douche à l'italienne. Canapé moelleux, cuisine équipée, smart TV, wifi dédié et chauffage par le sol. À moins de 5 min du Ravel et des randonnées.

Venez passer quelques jours de détente à la campagne (randonnée, marché de Noël...). Le logement est idéal également si vous avez besoin d'un logement facile dans le cadre d'un événement dans la région (mariage, salon professionnel, exposition...) Au centre de la région Terre de Meuse, en Hesbaye. Proche de Huy, Hannut, Eghezee. A 45' de Bruxelles. A 35' de Liège. A 20' de Namur. Maison de plein pied pour 2 personnes. Pas d'animaux. Draps, serviettes de bain et nettoyage compris.

Lovely cocooning apartment 2 pers. very bright and warm with 1 large bedroom. very spacious with oak flooring, view of the countryside. Kitchen area, bathroom with massage bubble bath, 2 terraces, garden. Located in Autre-Eglise, near RaVEL, a cycle network crossing Belgium from one side to the other. The host, Anne-Catherine, craftswoman and stained glass artist, imbues the decoration with an art-nouveau perfume giving an inescapable charm to this accommodation.

The refuge is designed as an autonomous habitat 40 meters set back from a dead end, the swimming pool is reserved for travelers (open from 01.05 to 01.10). Naxhelet golf course is located 7 minutes away by car. Everything is planned for calm, rest and tranquility. Access is private and enjoys a location in the heart of a one hectare property. The accommodation which is air-conditioned (hot and cold). In winter, the wood stove for warm moments.
