House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Centrally located, beautiful 2-room apartment with about 66 sqm, with bedroom, bathroom, extra toilet and spacious living-dining area. 100 meters to the Munich S-Bahn [suburban train]. S 2!! To the marketplace and monastery church 300 meters. Supermarket and bakery opposite for daily supplies. Public parking is ample. Bikes can be parked in a locked area in the garden. Note discount for weekly or monthly booking. Rentals for up to 3 months are possible.

The S-Bahn station of the S 2 to Munich can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, with a travel time of half an hour to Munich Central Station. The X730 bus to Pasing station in 36 minutes is also only a 5-minute walk away. After a stroll through the city or a day's work, the cozy south terrace invites you to relax.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Quiet 2 1/2 room apartment in Niederroth

The apartment is just steps away from the S2 train station, so it is super convenient to explore Munich and the surrounding area without a car. The apartment is bright, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Niederroth itself is a quiet and picturesque village, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Bavaria. Nearby you can find bakeries, cafes and traditional restaurants.
