Das Apartment wurde 2021 komplett neu renoviert und neu möbliert. Auf den großen Balkon ist der Traunsee und Traunstein wunderbar zu sehen. Zum öffentlichen Badenereich sind es keine 5 Gehminuten und der nächste Supermarkt ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden . Privater Badeplatz vorhanden Die Bootanlegestelle ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Restaurant und Fischgrillerei sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hell und freundlich.

The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Von unserer Ferienwohnung, die Abseits der Durchzugsstraße direkt am Waldrand liegt, sind sie in 15 Minuten zu Fuß im Ortszentrum von Traunkirchen, ebenfalls in 15 Minuten bei weiteren Geschäften, einer Bäckerei und der Ärztin mit angeschlossener Apotheke. Den Bahnhof erreichen sie zu Fuß in 20 Minuten, eine Bushaltestelle in 10 Minuten. Öffentliche Badeplätze im Ortsteil Winkl und im Zentrum von Traunkirchen sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.
