Mit Fertigstellung im August 2024, haben wir versucht einen Ort zu schaffen welcher zur Entspannung einlädt und bestes Wohlbefinden bietet. Erkundet den nahegelegenen Altmühlsee (8km) / Brombachsee (12km) mit deren zahlreichen Freizeitattraktionen. Komm an diesem unvergleichlichen Rückzugsort wieder in Einklang mit der Natur!

Welcome to our Slow Living Hideaway – your retreat for peace and quiet. This lovingly renovated half-timbered house combines natural charm with stylish design: an open-plan layout, exposed roof trusses, a cozy wood-burning stove, and a Moroccan-inspired spa bathroom. Surrounded by nature, ideal for cyclists, hikers, and anyone who wants to consciously unwind. Relax in the garden or, if you prefer, enjoy private yoga sessions and massages – perfect for a restful getaway.

The property sits in a beautiful and green setting in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the benefits of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Convenient location, quiet residential area, 50 m to the bus stop, 10 min to the S-Bahn station on foot. Fairgrounds/city center can be reached both by car and public transport in less than 20 minutes. Right next door: butcher/inn, bakery, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, Aldi, stationery/lottery.

Self-contained apartment, Brombachsee, Nuremberg City/Messe

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. 12 Kilometer von der A 9 Ausfahrt Allersberg. Zum Rothsee 12 Km. RMD Kanal 4,5 Km. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 600 Metern ( Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Supermärkte). Sehr schöner Marktplatz mit guten Speiselokalen 500 Meter entfernt.

Quiet oasis in the forest and yet very accessible by public transport. By S-Bahn in 15 minutes to the central station and downtown Nuremberg. The house has 5 bedrooms. In addition, there is a huge loft living room where everyone can come together. Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney +, sauna, barbecue area and several terraces. Equipped with a fully automatic coffee machine, all kitchen utensils, washing machine and drying machine.

Romantic gardener's house at Dennenlohe Palace

Historic washhouse that was converted into a cozy guest house. Upstairs you sleep in a large room, right under the roof with old beams and beautiful wooden floor. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. On the ground floor there is a small living room overlooking the garden and a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as another double room.

Our romantic gallery apartment is part of our farm, which is in an idyllic secluded location (with a neighboring farm next door) only 1.3 km from the north shore of Lake Großer Brombach (Allmannsdorf). The apartment has a cozy garden with a walnut tree, gazebo and barbecue.
