L'Ombrière is a beautiful 18th-century residence located 5 km from the medieval city of Sarlat, and is 200 m from the tremendous Château de Montfort , which is also a fascinating village in the Dordogne valley. Beautiful panoramic views of the Dordogne Valley and close to the river and its swimming spots. Perfect starting point for visiting all the touristic sites of the region. 4 lovely bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private toilet. The 2 attic rooms are equipped with AC.

The spacious living room is characterized by rich wooden paneling and a large fireplace. Comfortable seating is arranged to foster conversation. A television is placed to one side, while sunlight streams through doors leading to other areas of the home.

Superb house like no other in the Dordogne valley: on the square of a listed village, built in the 15th century, wood panelling from the 18th century, giant stone staircase and stone walls, big fireplaces... A lot of history packed in a spacious (1700 ft 2) house equipped with all the modern conveniences. Large bedrooms with each its bathroom. Ideally located to visit the area, Padirac, Rocamadour... Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

Logement charmant, au coeur du village de Meyssac, sans aucun vis à vis et avec une vue dégagée. Les commerces sont accessibles à pied. 🚗 1min de Collonges la rouge et à proximité de 8 autres ''plus beaux villages de France''. Il est au 2e étage d'une maison divisée en 4 appartements. Des bruits lointains peuvent parfois inhérer de l'aménagement du dernier appartement du rdc entre 10H et 19H mais nous sommes très précautionneux en présence de voyageurs.
