A charming farmhouse set in 10 hectares of land, in an enviable position with exceptional views, the sound of the village bells drift across the valley. To be enjoyed at any time of year. Search for orchids in Spring; laze by the (shared) infinity pool in Summer; enjoy roast meats and chestnuts in the fireplace in Autumn or cozy up next to the Christmas tree with family in Winter. Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few minutes away by car or 20 minutes walk.

A lot of history packed in a spacious (1700 ft 2) house equipped with all the modern conveniences. Large bedrooms with each its bathroom. Ideally located to visit the area, Padirac, Rocamadour... Also close to shops and restaurants. Bed linen, towels, wifi and cleaning fees included.

An ancient exterior, a modern interior. Our house was built on the ancient fortification wall of the Abbey. These 12th century walls are a feature throughout the house, and keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. All rooms have plenty of natural light, quality furniture, and all the homely comforts you need on your holiday. Only a 5 minute stroll to the river, 1 minute to bakeries and the village centre. The 11th century Abbey is behind our house, so only a short walk to go and explore.

Great for cyclists, anglers and walkers, a well-equipped, cosy house, 3 minutes walk to central amenities, bars and cafes, and less than 10 minutes walk to the Dordogne River - far enough from evening terraces for a quiet night. Good storage for sporting equipment. There are pretty villages to mooch around, endless fishing spots, biking routes, summer evening markets, waterfalls, walking and wild swimming spots.
