The lovingly designed apartment offers plenty of space for relaxed, quiet living. With a stylish kitchen and dining area, centrally located in Straubing. The terrace invites you to end the day in a cozy way. The studio is perfect for guests who like to explore because of its walking distance to the city center (5-minute walk). As well as for employees who are on a business trip and would like to have more space than just a hotel room for themselves (approx. 45 square meters) The B8 is within easy reach.

Lovely apartment

This little gem is located in the midst of beautiful nature with hills, rocks and rivers. In a very quiet location with separate entrance and private staircase. From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with a train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, the Bavarian Forest and the Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

The space is quite big, 110 square meters, the warm tropical wood floor with the fireplace in combination with the modern furniture will make you feel at home. Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.
