Charming studio in the 'vila closa'

The studio occupies the first floor of our house, built in 1692 and recently renovated. The studio is distributed in a bedroom, living and dining room, kitchen and bathroom. We can accommodate up to 2 adults (double bed), 2 young children or 1 older child/adult (sofa bed), and 1 baby (crib). Guests can also use the sofas in the house's main entrance. Both the bedroom and the dining room face the street with small balconies. There are ceiling fans.

Cal Gran. A charming house near the sea

It's a very special house. It is located in Ferran, near the sea, and we have restored it with great enthusiasm. It has a very personal style and we've taken care of all the details. The house is completely renovated with all the comforts. You won't find another one like it. Ferran is a very small town that is next to Altafulla, a charming town on the Costa Daurada. Coming to "Cal Gran" will be an experience!

Hi! I'm Swedish artist and this is my second home. A cosy studio, with a small balcony, for 1-2 adults. It's situated in the heart of the beautiful Old Town, near shops, restaurants and bars. 10-15 min. walk to train and beach. The train takes you to Barcelona Sants in 1 hour and to Tarragona in 12 min. The house has elevator, strong WiFi and a shared roof terrace. Minimum 4 nights. Welcome! Madeleine

A duplex penthouse with 3 double bedrooms, a terrace overlooking Altafulla Castle, and a huge solarium with a new barbecue, a large table, and comfortable sun loungers. The penthouse is fully equipped and has modern and attractive decoration. From June 15 to September 15, we don't usually accept stays shorter than 4 nights (check before requesting a reservation).
