It faces Roses' main street (St Elm) . NOTE: It does not have sea views. Within 3 mins. walk to retail stores, beaches, tourist district, restaurants/bars. The Spar supermarket is on ground level of the building. Paid and free parking options near the studio and around Roses. A small house-trained dog allowed with prior approval.
