Refuge on the Moselle.

This little house is located on a 1.5 ha property, next to the source of the Moselle in the middle of the forest, 3 km from the village of Bussang. The house is located nearby the GR531, halfway up the mountain Drumont (820 m) in the high Vosges, edge Alsace in a paragliding, skiing and hiking area. It has wood stoves and parking. In Bussang you will find restaurants, shops and a bakery. Also the "Théâtre du Peuple", a unique theater with a cultural program every year in July and August.

Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

The house is located in Rimbach-près-Masevaux, the last village in the valley. The entrance leads past the tower on the left. You enter the apartment through the small conservatory. From there, the 1st bedroom is directly accessible. Next: kitchen, living-dining room, 2nd bedroom with bathroom, closet room. To get into the bathroom from the 1st bedroom, guests have to go through the 2nd bedroom. Our village is without tourist ambitions, but from great landscapes surrounded.
