Relax in Somiedo

Disconnect from the routine in this comfortable and relaxing little house. Our house is located within the Somiedo Natural Park, in the village of La Peral. The house has an open room that combines kitchen, living room and dining room and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds) and the bathroom with shower. Lots of possibilities for natural landscapes, excursions and trekking surround our warm stay. The small village is very cozy.

Excellent accommodation for families. Energy: solar and electricity grid. Not rented to groups. 7.4 Kw electric car charger. (€0.10/Kwh) Five minutes from the A-8 highway exit and 3 km from the capital of the Council, Luarca. All electric and fireplace. WiFi, 1Gb Ethernet, Television. More than six beaches on the coast. It is rented by the week preferably. We only rent to guests with a photo and personal ID recognized by Airbnb. Two bars/restaurants 5 minutes away.

A charming attic apartment in the heart of the port

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central home. Nestled in one of the most picturesque areas of Luarca, its fishing port, very close to the beaches and good restaurants. Cozy and tastefully decorated, great for couples. It has a room with three single beds and an armchair bed that fits two more people. It is accessed by the port of Luarca, with elevator and very comfortable to move around the tourist area.

The complex has a swimming pool, children's playground, lobby with space for remote working and Wi-Fi, and a 200 m2 multipurpose room.
