Casa in Ontinyent with views of Mariola and valley

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

Most of the furniture has been in the house from the very beginning and it gives the place its special touch. BONITO ATICO en el centro de Mahora, con enorme terraza para ver los jardines de la glorieta y la iglesia. El piso esta en un edificio de menos de 10 años y cuenta con ascensor. En la calle hay aparcamiento libre sin problemas. Es un amplio y luminoso atico con 3 habitaciones, dos de matrimonio y uno con 2 camas individuales, dos baños completos, cocina totalmente equipada, luminoso salon y enorme terraza.
