The house has three floors and a living area of 140 m². On the first floor there is a hallway and a guest toilet, as well as a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. A terrace with seating with a grill and private garden are provided. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The highlight here is the large bathroom with a large shower and a bathtub. In the attic there is another bedroom with a double bed.

The modernly furnished apartment boasts an ideal location: Europa-Park is only 250 meters away and can be reached in about 3 minutes on foot, while Rulantica is approximately a 15-minute walk away. A parking space directly next to the apartment is included from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Thanks to the key box, flexible check-in from 4:00 PM is possible. Towels and bed linen are, of course, provided.

Here you will find everything you need for a good start in the day: A fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and a bakery 100 meters away that is open on every day. You will be about 5 minutes' walk from the main entrance of Europa Park.
