Wunderschöne moderne 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Bad und Kellerraum. Mitten in der Natur auf unserem Aussiedlerhof mit unschlagbarem Alpenblick - und dennoch ganz nah (3 min) zum Stadtzentrum Ehingen und (17 min) nach Ulm. Mit etwas Glück kommen die wilden Rehe abends zu Besuch :-) Es gibt ein super bequemes Doppelbett und bei Bedarf könnten wir noch unsere Luxus Luma (25cm hoch) auf stellen. Man schläft dort super. Leintuch, Decken, Kisse etc ist natürlich alles vor Ort!

We offer a beautiful newly built furnished apartment (80 m²) in the heart of the Middle Alb biosphere reserve. The apartment is located on the outskirts with adjacent meadows. A bike and hiking trail runs directly on the property with garden for shared use, playgrounds within walking distance. The town center with grocery store, café and post office is 1.5 km away. Valleys with their heathland, ruins and caves are popular destinations, as is the biosphere center in Münsingen.

Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

The listed house from 1730 is located at the foot of the holy mountain of Upper Swabia – the Bussen – and directly on the hiking trail, not far from the Danube Cycle Path on the edge of the Swabian Alps. During the careful restoration using ecological and sustainable materials, many details such as sloping floors, partially low room heights and a steep staircase were preserved. So you can go back in time and still enjoy the modern comforts of the present.

You will stay directly on the Danube Cycle Trail in the beautiful beer culture town of Ehingen on the edge of the Swabian Alps biosphere area. The apartment is located in a lovingly restored half-timbered house from around 1500 at the entrance to the city center, below the church. Close to restaurants, bars, bakery, butcher and supermarket. Bicycles can be parked and charged. The apartment is located above the in-house upholstery shop. Welcome!
