In-law apartment with about 34 square meters in a detached house, where the owners also live. Extremely quiet location, since there is no thoroughfare. Separate entrance from the outside. 7 min. walk to the S-Bahn. 25 min to Munich Central Station. 3 min. walk to the shopping center (supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser...). 5 min. walk to the city center of Fürstenfeldbruck. We also speak English and French. Non-smoking. No pets. Due to the current situation, surfaces and doorknobs are regularly disinfected.

Studio

A studio that is a kind of annex to the residential building. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with a wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place in a gallery. With wings and garden space, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The SBahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good way to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

The DG apartment (2nd floor) is in an ideal location with good connections to Munich (S8, about 30 min to the city center), or as a starting point to all lakes in the 5 lakes country, the Upper Bavarian castles or for hiking tours in the Allgäu. It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

My apartment is bright, spacious and very cozy. A retreat. A mix of old and new furniture. Amperauen is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is centrally located. Munich, the 5 lakes country and the mountains are within easy reach. Whether by car or by public transport.
