Our house welcomes guests to enjoy an authentic, family atmosphere. Our house with large terrace is located on the outskirts of Bolsterlang/Sonderdorf, right at the beginning of numerous, beautiful hiking trails, bike and ski tours. No through traffic. The lifts of the Hörnerbahn are easily accessible on foot and ideally suited for all levels of difficulty. We look forward to welcoming guests who appreciate the nature of the Allgäu region. Auerberghaus Bed & Breakfast #Blue with balcony

The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own. Bath that are on the 1st floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a common room and a shared kitchen with huge, covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests for quiet use by arrangement. Please only dogs by prior arrangement. In addition, there is a holiday home for 6 - 8 persons in the DG.

Enjoy wonderful days in our family guesthouse, which is run by Heidi and Elisabeth in the second and third generation. The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Mountain views are guaranteed.

My place is close to the Allgäu mountains, lake Grüntensee, Neuschwanstein (approx. 30mins by car). You’ll love my place because of the small village setting, the view of the mountains from your window, the lovely hosts. We are a little bit off the beaten track so if that appeals to you we are the perfect place to stay for you.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

The beautifully furnished guestroom, the cozy living room as well as the carefully arranged garden ensure perfect relaxation during your stay. The guestroom contains a comfortable 1.60m wide queensize bed and a pullout sleeping couch. The room comfortably fits four people. The bathroom is right across the guestroom and is for use exclusively by our guests. In the morning our guests will be treated with a delicious breakfest.

For romantics, this suite is exactly the place to be! The apartment is luxuriously furnished with elegant style furniture and fine fabrics. For two people this apartment is ideal! There are 36 m² available for you. The suite is housed in a former Jagdschlössl in the Tiroler Zugspitzarena. From Schlössl you have an amazing view of the Zugspitz massif.

Breakfast is included and in summer you can use our pool and our hammocks on the backside of our house. Right outside your room you can find a little kitchen with a water boiler, microwave and fridge. Wifi and cable TV is included.
