The property is located on the first floor in a former farmhouse with free parking in front of the house. Garage parking, as well as charging facilities for electric cars are possible on request. The massive garden house is a separate small accommodation [about 19 sqm], close to nature in our garden behind our house, with toilet and sink for up to 3 people; no shower, no kitchen! Kettle, instant coffee and assorted teas are available. Baby travel cots can be delivered on request. We rent two more guest rooms in the house. There is a guest bathroom available. Hilpoltstein is a small town near Lake Rothsee in the Franconian Lake District.

The room is suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two people. A travel cot for a toddler can be provided on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, which leads to the apartment, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake district are very close.
