Newly built guest apartment with sleeping loft of about 40 sqm. Sunset with sun after lunch. Air conditioning. About 330 meters to the lake and the possibility to swim from the jetty. And about 500 meters to the swimming area with beach and diving tower. In the center, there is a possibility to rent a kayak or SUP. Free parking and WI-FI. 160 cm bed in loft and sofa bed 140 cm in the living room. 65 inch smart TV with Chromecast, Apple TV and Playstation 4. Not full standing height in the loft. About 15 minutes walk to Floda train station

Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)
