Bright and cozy apartment

A bright apartment, with a balcony facing the street, an interior patio, three bedrooms (four beds and one of them a double), and a sofa in the living room (in which one person could also sleep). Regarding the kitchen, it has different accessories (ceramic hob, pans, plates, pots...) as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and an airfryer. It is located in a small and quiet town, 15 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from Valencia city. It's an ideal place to be with your family or a group of friends.

SMOKE FREE ZONE This ground floor apartment is ideal for a couple. The apartment is spacious, very cool in summer with outside dining. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and an open plan small lounge. The property has Wifi. The village is quiet but welcoming, with several restaurants, 2 supermarkets and the traditional bakery, fish shop and butchers. The village open air swimming pool is nearby and costs only 2€ entrance. The village has walking and cycling routes for all ages.

We have an infinity pool, children's area, a 220 m2 multipurpose building with a dining room and living room with a fireplace, a vegetable garden, 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. The houses have a bathroom and full kitchen, TV, internet and a great terrace facing southeast.

Valterra Spacious, open, very bright, Loft style with wooden floors and ceilings and stone walls, with dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with whirlpool tub (Jacuzzi) at the foot of the bed and toilet, etc. It is exclusively for you. The common areas with terraces, viewpoint, barbecue and swimming pool are shared with the rest of the accommodations, but they are quite intimate rooms which are usually few people because this is how it is designed.

A newly renovated apartment with lots of charm. It is located on the ground floor of an old house in the center of the village. Ideal for two people. Very well connected with Valencia and Castellón and 15 minutes from the beach. An ideal place for hiking and cycling but also to get to know the city of Valencia in 20 minutes by car. The town has 3 restaurants, supermarket and a beautifully maintained municipal swimming pool, open in the summer.
