Velkommen til Kyrkenäs, vores idylliske hus ved Näshult som vi udlejer, når vi ikke er der selv. Huset ligger helt for sig selv i skoven og lige ved egen skovsø med badebro, sauna og båd. Populær sandstrand kun 1 km væk 10 km til Åseda by med butikker og offentlig transport Huset er nyrenoveret og moderne indrettet med gode faciliteter. Välkommen till Torestorps Drängstuga - ett urgammalt hus i hjärtat av Småland! Här bor verklighetens sagor, hjältar, kärlek, hårt arbete och fest i väggarna. Huset är ca 100 m2 stort i två plan och ligger ett stenkast från en större mangårdsbyggnad mitt ute på landet i de småländska skogarna. Du tar dig till Kalmar och Öland på 30-60 minuter och till Nybro för att handla på tio. Det finns duntäcken, en vedeldad kamin, en bastu i skogen och katten Doris bor gärna hos dig om du vill ha sällskap.

Meet our lovely red cottage in Småland surrounded by forest, hills and lakes. With all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. With a bit of luck you see deer and foxes from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. From April to October we rent out 2 kayaks.

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Huset ligger nära Smedstugan, vårt andra hus vi hyr ut här på airbnb. Fiske ingår. Inplanerad lax. En fisk ingår i hyran därefter 130 kr / lax. Roddbåt ingår. Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Stuga med sjötomt och egen strand samt egen brygga. 3 sovrum, 1 rum med en dubbelsäng, 2 rum med varsin våningssäng, samt en bäddsoffa för 2 personer i tv-rummet. Dusch och WC med egen brunn samt varmvattenberedare. OBS, tvättmaskin saknas. Hyresgästen tar med egna sängkläder och handdukar. Tillgång till varmt bad (39 grader) året runt med cirkulation för rening. En roddbåt ingår, medtag egna flytvästar. Stugan är rök och djurfri! OBS! EJ för festande gäng!!

På nedre plan finns sovrum med dubbelsäng och plats för spjälsäng, kök med matplats, allrum med soffa och tv samt badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin och skötplats. Sovloft med en säng och sovmadrass. Stor altan. Gott om plats att ställa bilen. Båt med liten motor och fiskekort ingår.

Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”
