The house, recently built, is in a strategic location: crossing the road you are on the beach. Nearby: supermarkets, banks, post office, beach bus stop, etc. Walking along the Bousquet promenade, enjoying the enchanting sunset, after 800 meters you can visit the splendid historic center of Alghero. Upon arrival, €500.00 must be left as a security deposit, which will be returned upon departure, in the absence of damage.
