Na propriedade existem dois espaços com acesso ao jardim e piscina exterior Dentro do complexo existe sempre alguém disponível para o informar ou esclarecer em tudo aquilo que for necessário, desde sugestões a lugares a visitar de grande interesse cultural artístico ou gastronómico que existe na região. Jardim com piscina, churrasqueira, espreguiçadeiras, redes de baloiço, zonas para as refeições no jardim e dois pequenos lagos. Não é possível trazer animais de estimação. ATENÇÃO: TEMOS 7 GATOS. O jardim e a piscina, são partilhados pelos dois alojamentos. O jardim possui 2 câmaras de vigilância.
