Spacious house in a flat area of the city, with an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from downtown. Located in the Guararema neighborhood, it is also close to the UFES campus. The atmosphere is airy, with three bedrooms (one large, one medium and one small), all with ceiling fan, living room with television and balcony facing the street, Wi-Fi internet, two bathrooms with shower, laundry area with washing machine and small outdoor area in the back. We do not accept pets. Family atmosphere.

Enjoy the tranquility of this house surrounded by nature and practically within the city of Alegre, the gateway to Caparaó Capixaba. Located just 1.8 km from the city center (5 min by car), it is a great option for a getaway and a chance to experience the presence of free animals, such as toucans, jacus, seriemas, porcupines and various birds, in addition to views of trees such as jequitibá, mulungú, ipê, açaí, samanea and pau-brasil. Access is via an 80-meter uphill dirt road.

I'll be in the house (but rest assured I'm a good host, I'm in my room on the computer most of the time) The guest will have access to every room in the house (except my room, obviously) The house has all the utensils, stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc. (but does not have a TV)

Suite 87 is located in the city center, about 300 meters from Praça 6 de Janeiro and the (old) bus station, with easy access to local shops and 1.5 km from UFES. The suite is on the third floor of the house and is independent, with a comfortable and ventilated bed, air-conditioning, minibar, and a space with a balcony to relax. In addition, it has a shared pool on the second floor to cool off on hot days.

The house is on the third floor of a 3-house complex. There is no garage available, but the street has no exit and Alegre, being a small town, it is quite safe to leave the car in front of the house.
