Para llegar, primero se accede al portal mediante un código (facilitado antes de la llegada), se suben unos 15 escalones hasta la planta uno y desde allí se toma el ascensor directamente hasta la sexta planta, donde se encuentra el apartamento. Al entrar, el huésped accede a un espacio moderno, funcional y muy cuidado, ideal para descansar, trabajar o disfrutar de una escapada junto al mar. La vivienda combina tonos neutros, detalles en microcemento y materiales naturales que transmiten calma, armonía y bienestar. Dormitorio independiente, cómodo y acogedor, con dos camas de 1x2 m unidas como King size (2x2 m) y colchones de calidad hotelera. Dispone de armario amplio, caja fuerte, ventilación natural a través de su ventana, aire acondicionado (desde el salón) y Smart TV LG de 55 pulgadas conectada a Internet. La ropa de cama es blanca, 100 % algodón, e incluye dos edredones nórdicos individuales con sus fundas. La ventana tiene foscurit, lo que permite dormir completamente a oscuras. Baño completo decorado con microcemento, con amplio plato de ducha. Está equipado con gel, champú, acondicionador, toallas de baño y toallas de playa diferenciadas por colores. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island.
