When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. House by the sea on a jetty👍Enjoy the hot tub and wood-burning sauna. Fantastic outdoor environment. Modern and fully equipped house, tastefully decorated. Cottage with fireplace and wood-fired sauna. Lovely location a stone's throw from the water. Built in 2019 and located 45 km from Stockholm. Nice beach with bathing pier 500 meters away. Good fishing opportunities. The cottage is situated in quiet area with a nice hiking trail nearby. The nearest café and a small shop is about 3 km away. The nearest store and restaurant (with all rights) are located in Vårsta, 14 km from the cottage. Lida outdoor area is 15 km away and offers many activities.

Genuine Swedish cottage

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.

Two small rooms with kitchenette in the hall. Bathroom. Sheets, towels and cleaning are not included in the price, the guest bring their own and clean the cottage before leaving, unless other agreement is made with the host. The cottage is heated. At arrival a fire have been lit, but for a continous cozy burning fire the guest bring their own firewood. Bags can be found at the local petrol station. Washing machine in separate building.
