Comfortable, modern and quiet 2 bedroom apartment in premium condo, with privileged location at La Patacona beach. Featuring partial relaxing sea views from the private terrace and all modern comforts: swimming pool, elevator, air conditioning / heating, concierge, Fiber Optic 100 MB WiFi, in a trendy area with lots of nice restaurants & bars nearby and really well communicated with the city centre. Has everything that a couple, a business traveler or a family would need for a relaxing stay. My home is located on the 1st floor of a new, modern condo with pool (open from mid June to mid September, without lifeguard), which has an elevator and offers concierge service. It features a spacious living room, a very nice terrace offering side sea views, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed (135 x 190 cm), a flat screen TV, and a nice dining table with four chairs. A floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door opens to the private terrace, featuring side sea views and a table with 4 chairs. This is the ideal space for al fresco dining (possible nearly all year round), sipping a glass of Valencian wine or simply continue lounging after a day out in the beach. In the fully-equipped kitchen you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: kitchenware, tableware, oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster. I also provide some basic kitchen condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others, and detergent for washing crockery, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. Adjacent to the kitchen there is an interior terrace with washing machine and plenty of space to dry clothes. In both bedrooms there is a comfy double bed (135x190) cm to ensure a good night's rest and both of them have a closet with enough room for your clothes. The brand-new bathroom features a standing shower. I provide complimentary bath amenities such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Clean, fresh bed linen and bath towels are also provided. The high speed Internet connection will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to. If you need a travel cot for your baby, don’t hesitate to ask! I could arrange it. The apartment has also an integrated air conditioning / heating system, to ensure the maximum comfort. The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can. Once you complete the reservation, I will send you a document with some information regarding the apartment, personal insider tips on what to do and visit, and some local restaurant and bars recommendations, to help you make the best out of your stay in La Patacona and Valencia. For stays of more than 28 days, the costs of supplies (water, electricity and WIFI) are included up to a limit of € 150 / month, enough to enjoy all the comforts of the house. The tenant would pay the difference in case of exceeding this limit.

Grundlegende Gewürze sowie Reinigungsmittel sind vorhanden. Für den Start stellen wir außerdem eine kleine Grundausstattung an Spülmittel zur Verfügung. Schlafzimmer: Komfortables Queensize-Bett (160 × 190 cm) und großer Einbauschrank mit ausreichend Stauraum. Badezimmer: Modernes Bad mit großer Dusche, Waschmaschine, Bidet und Haartrockner. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Die Handtücher sind ausschließlich für die Nutzung im Apartment vorgesehen; für den Strand bitten wir, eigene Handtücher mitzubringen oder diese vor Ort zu kaufen. Toilettenpapier und Duschgel stehen in einer Grundmenge für den Start bereit. Für zusätzlichen Komfort sorgen eine integrierte Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion, schnelles Glasfaser-WLAN sowie ein kostenfreier privater Garagenstellplatz. Die moderne Wohnung verfügt über Klimaanlage, schnelles WLAN und einen privaten Parkplatz. Während Ihres Aufenthalts steht Ihnen das gesamte Apartment zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. REINIGUNG Die Reinigungsgebühr deckt die professionelle Endreinigung nach Ihrer Abreise ab. Während des Aufenthalts wird kein Reinigungsservice angeboten. Auf Wunsch kann ich Ihnen jedoch gerne einen externen Service empfehlen.
