Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

Beautiful 3rd floor apartment 30sqm (without elevator) with a magnificent view. Διαμερισμα μπροστά στην θάλασσα στο υπέροχο λιμανάκι του Πορτο Ραφτη. A 5 min. walk from the Archeological Museum and 30 from Acropolis in one of the most artistic and interesting neighborhoods, this 25m2 flat with its private balcony and all the amenities of a contemporary flat, can be your dreamplace. Its garden makes one easily forget that my place is situated at the very center of a vibrant city, seeming more like like a hidden paradise. Not exactly a house, but rather a home for your stay. :)
