Sunnanäng Hilltop - cozy with amazing views

Here, it's easy to thrive! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive and clean towels are provided. This is a truly cozy 27-square-meter (290-square-foot) cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-meter (310-square-foot) veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

In the beautiful, quiet village of Åkerö in Leksand, there is family-friendly accommodation, the cottage. The village is opposite Leksand's center on the other side of the river. You live near Siljan with walking distance to Ejendals Arena, Solvända (beach promenade), swimming, shopping center. Sommarland is about 4 km away. In addition, from the shopping center, buses go to Sommarland. Walking distance to bus stop to Dalhalla. Granberget's slalom slope and cross-country ski trails are about 15 minutes by car. Tomteland is about 30 minutes by car.

Family-friendly house

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. The house has four bedrooms as well as a basement with additional possibilities for sleeping places (summer time). Close to playgrounds, Siljan and city center. Our two rabbits Oboy and Epa-Jocke also live on the farm and are very happy to be taken care of during your stay. The house will not be rented out to younger adults/teenagers. No parties allowed. Guests clean before check-out! Towels/linens not included

Welcome to tranquil Västanvik in the heart of Dalarna and this charming cottage, just 5 km from central Leksand. Here, you're greeted by a stunning view of Lake Siljan. On the enclosed porch, enjoy dinners from early spring to late fall, thanks to infrared heating. Inside, the fireplace is prepared for you to light, adding maximum coziness. Firewood is included! This is the perfect starting point for your excursions. Bed linen and towels are provided, and electric car charging is available.

Stugan är belägen på samma gård som värdparet, i ett lugnt bostadsområde, nära Siljan (4 km in till Leksand). Det finns tillgång till en lokal badstrand för de boende i området. Skogen finns invid husknuten med längdskidspår (upp till Granbergets skidanläggning). Lämplig utgångspunkt för många aktiviteter; Sommarland (6 km), Tegera Arena och Lugnets idrottsanläggning (ca. 5 km). Med bil finner du många slalombackar och de intilliggande städerna Falun, Mora och Borlänge med många utflyktsmål.

And in winter time you can ski and ski on the Silja. Bicycle/pedestrian access to Leksand. Hiking trails, downhill skiing in Granberget, excursion destinations and sights such as nature in Siljansnäs, gym/bathhouse and padel hall can be found in central Leksand 10 min by car. It is a guest house on an old farm with horses and sheep in a very quiet and rural area with chickens and rabbits in walking distance, suitable for a family with children. Beach, nature reserve and walking paths are 500 m away. Central Leksand is one kilometre away, exercise and ski tracks just a bit further. Raised garden with barbecue facilities where you can sit and eat.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

Perfect accommodation for those staying for a weekend or up to a couple of weeks, with proximity to most things in Leksand. The accommodation is directly located by the tourist road that takes you around Siljan. 1.8 km to the travel center, 1.3 km to the city center with shops and 600 meters to the nearest beach in Siljan. In winter there are ski tracks and ski resort (Granberget) nearby.
