Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Suitable for one or more families to live together (in the same company). 10 beds are included in the basic price - if more are desired: ask in booking. Large kitchen with all equipment you could wish for. You have four bedrooms where you can choose how to distribute your number of beds (two downstairs in the file and two separate upstairs). It features: small equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom with shower/toilet, small bedroom with bunk bed, living room with TV/DVD and sofa bed. Guest house with 3 beds. Living area: Main house 45 m2, guest house 13 m2. There are large grass areas. Garden furniture is available. Pets are welcome but no smoking. Rent of sheets, bedding, bath and hand towel: SEK 170/person Final cleaning: SEK 1200 In summer, we only rent out the accommodation weekly (Saturday-Saturday).
