La villa est neuve avec grande terrasse de 40m2 (store ) La plage est à 2mn à pied avec Paillotes , location de jet,canoë paddle… A proximité de : (Plage d’Argent ,Isolella , Ruppione…) 6 couchages: 2 chambres avec 2 lits de 160, un canapé lit convertible de 140 .( draps et serviettes fournis) 1 salle d’eau et 2 WC. Cuisine équipée,machine à laver ,barbecue électrique,3 TV, Wifi fibre,….. Parking privé.
