The house is suitable for family vacations, recreation seekers as well as fitters and long-term interns who like to live in a home atmosphere.

The apartment is about 75 square meters and has 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room and a bathroom with daylight. If necessary, a children's travel bed and a high chair can be provided. Buxheim is a very nice recreational area with a swimming pond and forest ponds. Welcome to our modern, newly furnished holiday apartment in Aitrach! The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people and has a large roof terrace for relaxing. You can reach the swimming lake in just 5 minutes. The beautiful Iller bike paths run close by. Several playgrounds are within easy walking distance, and a restaurant is right next door. The central location makes the apartment an ideal base for families, cyclists and those seeking relaxation.

Small, fine apartment

The apartment is quietly located, has its own entrance and is about 70 m². It is suitable for up to 4 people, possibly with a child. The price is for 2 people. Each additional person costs 15 euros extra. There is a large bedroom with a 140 x 200 + 90 x 200 bed. There is also a fold-out sofa bed 180 x 200 cm in the living room. The living room is equipped with a well-stocked kitchen and with a TV, stereo system, a wood-burning stove and a dining table.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Unsere Gäste erwartet eine exklusive, hochwertig ausgestattete, sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung auf dem Land. Die Unterkunft hat einen eigenen Treppenaufgang und Parkplatz auf der Gebäuderückseite. Das Gebäude wurde ursprünglich im Jahr 1911 erbaut, daher auch der Name „Times 1911“. Wir haben ganz viel erneuert, renoviert und ausgebaut, so dass hier nun ein richtiges Schmuckstück entstanden ist.
