The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. Modern 160 m² house with a residential unit on the 1st floor with a great view of the Alps, right on the outskirts of the top tourist destination Salzburg. The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

We renovated our 2-room apartment "Black & White" with attention to detail, refurnished it and created a wonderful overall concept. The bedroom is bright, all in white, natural Scandinavian chic. The living room with the small fitted kitchen with dark grey/black furniture that moves between industrial style and art deco. But the most beautiful thing is the view from the breakfast table of the Alps and Salzburg's magical local mountain - the Untersberg.

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful scenery. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, the tiled stove, the quiet location, terrace, a fantastic view. My place is ideal for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
