This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Very new villa. Rated 4 stars. 4 stars. Cleaning, linens and towels included. Very well-equipped. Fully air-conditioned. Heated pool from April to October. Swimming against the current. Exceptional hot tub in wellness room with dry and wet sauna, Italian shower. Norwegian bath. Large living room, two large galandage bays open to the exotic wooden deck. We enjoy the scenery, the calm and the walks. Unobstructed and magnificent view of the Ardèche gorges.

Very bright 165 m2 house on a 2500 m2 plot overlooking a beautiful Provençal village with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The house is very comfortable with 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen (slicer, Thermomix TM6…) The place is extremely quiet with a distant neighborhood without disturbance, please also respect the tranquility of the village, especially in the evening.
