Spectacular new villa (2020) of 225m with large garden of 2000m and swimming pool, in the beautiful medieval village of Llofriu. Very bright. Large windows overlooking the countryside. The rooms have a separate exit to the garden. Large covered porch with table and wonderful views to relax. Very well located house to visit the beach area, bike trails etc. Ideal for families/couples. Fireplace with glass to be comfortable reading on the sofa or enjoying the views in the cold season

Alternatively it's a 2 minute drive to the beach or there's a bus service that stops just outside the property, which costs 1'5€. (from june to September 11th) The house is situated in a quiet area which is ideal for both couples and families.
