Apartment in the countryside

This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)

The spacious loft for two to three adults or two adults and two children has a double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a sofa bed (1.45 x 2 m). A private bathroom, which is currently separated by a curtain, and a well-equipped kitchen are available. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached via its own entrance. A balcony is available. Pets are welcome!

The design takes up elements of the original "rural" development of Niederstimm. Bike paths are available and lead idyllically across the country. Local transport connection via bus is also available. Ingolstadt Central Station (20 minutes to Munich) is about 3 km away

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet accommodation. Located in the heart of Hallertau, you can rent the top floor of a former warehouse. There are three bedrooms with a double bed or a large bed. There is also a sofa bed in the attic. You can cook your favourite meals in the modern fitted kitchen. In addition to the main bathroom with two washbasins, a bathtub and a shower, there is another toilet in the attic.
