Small, clean apartment in the basement

I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

Ingolstadt (Old Town, a former bakery house)

Apartment is located on the second floor, in a listed townhouse . The apartment is furnished in retro design with many listed windows, ceilings, doors, walls... Close to outdoor and indoor swimming pool, park (green belt that goes around the old town) and of course the old town with shopping, cafes, bars, museums (medicine and museum for concrete art). Audi AG works for a short time. The guest is welcomed and guided, help possible at any time from neighboring rooms.

Apartment in the countryside

This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)

Lovingly furnished private accommodation in a quiet but central location in the heart of the Hallertau! The spacious loft for two to three adults or two adults and two children has a double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a sofa bed (1.45 x 2 m). A private bathroom, which is currently separated by a curtain, and a well-equipped kitchen are available. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached via its own entrance. A balcony is available. Pets are welcome!
