You are renting an apartment in the old town that was lovingly restored a few years ago. The historic building fabric was awakened and harmoniously combined with new living requirements. The modern furniture creates a special area of tension between comfort and coziness in the interesting living ambience. Small dishes can be prepared in the kitchen itself, and the refrigerator is pre-cooled on request. All errands and shopping, as well as gastronomy visits, can be reached on foot

Our apartement is located at the end of a cul-de-sac right next to the nature preserve with beautiful trails right by the house for jogging or an evening walk. Enjoy the peace and quiet after a busy day. From us are: 11 km nach Sindelfingen (Mercedes-Benz AG) 10 km nach Renningen (Robert Bosch GmbH) 36 km nach Stuttgart (Mercedes-Benz AG, Schleyerhalle, Porsche Arena) The S-Bahn connection in Weil der Stadt (6 km) can be reached by bus, in Magstadt (6 km) by car (free parking)

Centrally located in a very quiet side street. Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and beautiful solid wood high table with two stools. Welcome to Sindelfingen! The small cozy apartment is located on the 4th floor of a larger apartment building on the edge of the Sommerhofenpark, as well as Klosterseepark (beautiful evening walks and great running opportunities are guaranteed). Within walking distance is the market square/main train station (about 15-20 minutes). The necessary food and shopping facilities are across the street. The apartment was newly furnished in 2020.

Beautiful apartment in ethno style. With large sun terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. Enjoy the tranquility in the heavenly cozy boxspring bed. Quiet in Weil der Stadt and yet not far to Stuttgart, Sindelfingen, Renningen. Smart S-Bahn connection and direct motorway junctions. The medieval town is a good starting point for explorations and excursions into the Black Forest. I follow Airbnb's five-step enhanced cleaning process.

At home in the Black Forest - not far from Stuttgart

Very nice and newly renovated granny apartment for 1-2 people. Private and separate entrance. Garden and parking space. For holidays in the Black Forest (right at your doorstep with very nice hiking trails and excursion destinations, very nice outdoor swimming pool within walking distance in 10 minutes) or for commuters etc. also suitable for long-term (conditions by arrangement) as a "long stay."
