You can reach the swimming lake in just 5 minutes. The beautiful Iller bike paths run close by. Several playgrounds are within easy walking distance, and a restaurant is right next door. The central location makes the apartment an ideal base for families, cyclists and those seeking relaxation.

Each additional person costs 15 euros extra. There is a large bedroom with a 140 x 200 + 90 x 200 bed. There is also a fold-out sofa bed 180 x 200 cm in the living room. The living room is equipped with a well-stocked kitchen and with a TV, stereo system, a wood-burning stove and a dining table.
